What is DRIPP?

DRIPP (Device-Related Infection Prevention Practice) is an improvement collaborative between the Infection Prevention Society (IPS) and Becton Dickinson UK Ltd (BD), together with the British Association of Urological Nurses (BAUN), the Association for Continence Advice (ACA), the Association of Safe Aseptic Practice (ASAP) and the National Infusion and Vascular Access Society (NIVAS).

What is its aim?

DRIPP aims to support the spread and adoption of best practice to reduce device-related infections, thereby improving outcomes for patients with urinary catheters and intravascular devices.
